The series of stretches stimulates and tonifies the six pairs of meridians known to oriental medicine. The six exercises are very easy to do and can be done in as little as five minutes, although the time can be extended to twenty minutes or more. They were developed to be useful to the shiatsu practitioner and recipient alike. From 7 – 8 pm, participants will experience and practice the stretches. Dr. Kimble also will provide details about the stretch, along with philosophies related to each stretch. Questions for the Naturopathic Doctor Come Curious and be prepared to Learn of Lot! Ask Dr. K” will be from 8 – 8:30 pm. Dr. Kimble will share his knowledge and help to educate the group about his perspective on health and wellness issues from a naturopathic perspective.
